Warranty

World Furniture Alliance promises to repair or replace any World brand product or component that is defective in material or workmanship for as long as you, the original purchaser, own it. This is your sole and exclusive remedy. The warranty is subject to the following limitations and exclusions:

A note about seating usage:
Normal commercial usage for seating is defined as the equivalent of a single shift (40 hour work week). The warranty would not apply if a product is used in a manner exceeding this.

A word on color variations, fabrics, and finishes:
Some natural variations occur in wood and leather. These variations are inherent to their character and cannot be avoided. Therefore, they would not be considered defects by World Furniture Alliance.

TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WORLD FURNITURE ALLIANCE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  WORLD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.

Obtaining Service Under This Warranty:
Your World Dealer is our partner in supporting your warranty requests. By following the procedures below, you may be assured of the best level of service:

1. Contact the Dealer from whom the product was purchased within 30 days of discovery of the defect. Be prepared to affirm you are the original purchaser of the product and to provide the item number from the product in question.

2. Your Dealer will gather all pertinent information regarding your claim, inspect/photograph the product, and contact World Furniture Alliance (Please allow a reasonable amount of time for inspection and review).

3. If World Furniture Alliance affirms that the product in question is eligible, under the conditions listed above, a representative from World will either provide a replacement part, authorize repairs, or replace the product.
